Apple Picking at Belkin Family Lookout Farm
Spend the day in the rows of apple trees and stock up to make those fall comfort foods. Just 17 miles outside of Boston, the Belkin Family Lookout Farm offer activities for the entire family. Weekends offer the most activites with train rides, face painting and for the over 21 crowd a taproom.

Fall Forest Explorations
Participate in a biodiversity walk in the Fells. Conducted by Claire O'Neill & Kathy McGlathery explore and learn how the seasons shape our flora and fauna in the urban jungle. Starting at the Flynn Rink parking lot, this walk will let you enjoy the different kinds of plants and trees in other locations of the woods. Slow down and tune in the environment around you.

Fall Climate and Wildlife Watch at the Fells
Join the EwA Citizen Science Group as they assess and document the Fell's ecological communities at risk in today's fast-changing world. You get a chance to be introduced to the community science program if you participate in this event. The team will hike at a moderate to fast pace and focus on listening, observing, and recording their findings.

Fall Sip & Shop at Princeton Station
Visit the Fall Sip and Shop event at Princeton Station and shop from 30+ vendors and crafters selling their fares. You can even get something to eat in the dining room or sip a cocktail while you shop.

An Oasis for Birds
Participate in this fun birding walk and look for Snowy Owls and other raptors. You can also spot native sparrows, finches, and waterfowls during this walk. This event, conducted by DCR Naturalists, takes you through a restored wildlife sanctuary. Make sure you carry your binoculars with you.
